The listing describes Italian-inspired interiors, a kitchen by the Italian maker Boffi, a guest apartment, a wine cellar, and an indoor pool finished in hand-laid tile and travertine. Outside there is a four-bay garage, a barn for cars and equipment, and an unfinished cottage. It has been for sale for about 449 days, longer than anything else on this list. One discrepancy: the listing's summary shows nine baths and its description says ten.
