The smallest house here and the farthest from the lifts, about 10 miles from Mount Snow, and its listing addresses the size first: 1,831 square feet, which it argues is where the property starts rather than ends. The case it makes is the porch, a 330-square-foot screened room with floor-to-ceiling panels and no railings, looking over a spring-fed pond with a new dock toward the Green Mountain ridgeline.
The official figure leaves out a finished lower-level entertainment room and nearly 600 square feet of decks and pergola, which helps explain a price of about $507 a square foot, the highest in this group. It sits on 10 private acres, is sold furnished according to the seller's inventory, and has a rental history. The listing says it was built in 1999 and expanded in 2021; the listing's data sheet shows 2001.
