In a defying turn of events, an anonymous skier known only as @till_i_break_it (link) has sent a shockwave through the world of skiing with a jaw-dropping performance of a rail slide trick, the infamous “Screamin’ Seaman”. This daring exhibition that left observers wincing and clutching their knees in solidarity was covered by Powder, a prominent skiing news portal.

Providing a testimony to his superhuman powers, @till_i_break_it’s knees seemed to be constructed from an unfathomable substance. Possibly some form of Adamantium? His Instagram page showcases a lust for adventure and gravity-defying tricks, some of which include non-traditional Screamin’ Seaman variations and new school butter tricks.
The skier’s approach closely simulates how rollerbladers skillfully glide down rails. Most of us would call his crossed-leg rail slides a Screamin’ Seaman, rollerbladers refer to it as a unity grind. Demonstrating the versatility of skiing, it draws inspiration from a range of action sports, including snowboarding and skateboarding.
